Dianna Holliday Woods

Dianna Holliday Woods, age 73, of New Orleans was born March 25, 1951 to Geraldine Holliday Johnson and the late Arthur Johnson, Sr. 

She was a graduate of Joseph S. Clark Senior High School.  She attended Tulane School of Business and  Southern University New Orleans.  She retired from Dillard University as an Office Administrator.  

Following complications from a stroke, God called her to her heavenly home April 9, 2024.  

She is survived by her sons Maxium (Deepa) Woods, Jr. and Amiko (Tania) Woods; her grandsons Matthew Harris, Lance Corporal Jordan Woods, and Taj Woods; her mother, Geraldine Johnson; her siblings Arthur (Debra) Johnson, Lydia (Kenneth) Jackson, Rodney (Paula) Johnson, Catherine Broussard, Randy (Catherine) Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Pamela (Michael) Porter, and Penny Johnson.  She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.  

She was preceded in death by her father Arthur Johnson, Sr. and her brother Eric Johnson.  

Dianna was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.  She loved reading her Bible, daily devotionals, listening to music, dancing, and crossword puzzles.  

Family and friends are invited to attend memorial services at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home,  75212 Lee Rd., Covington, LA 70435 Monday, April 22, 2024 at 12 p.m.  Visitation 10 a.m. until service time.
