Clayton Joachim Hotard went home to his heavenly father, Sunday, November 8, 2015. Clayton was born in Vacherie, LA and was a resident of Folsom, LA For the past twenty six years. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of The American Legion Post 0016. He is survived by his loving wife of sixty years, Louise St. Martin Hotard and their loving children, Mary Ann Marquardt (David), Karen Dantin (Brad), Christopher Hotard (Sherri), Yessant Habetz (Mark), and George Hotard (Lisa). He is survived by ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is also survived by his siblings; Elmo Hotard, Lorraine Hotard Bradley, Stephen Hotard, and Daniel Hotard, along with a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceeded in death by his parents, Lionel P. Hotard Sr. and Elvina Hymel Hotard, his siblings Antoine Hotard, Aubrey Hotard, Percy Hotard, and Rose Marie Hotard Barrilleaux. Clayton was a devoted member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Folsom, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to the Memorial Mass on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 11345 St John Church Road, Folsom, LA Interment in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery. Visitation from 9:30 AM until Mass Time.
