Christina Carmen Peters

Christina Carmen Peters of Slidell, LA, passed away in her home on Monday, June 3, 2024, aged 48. Christina was born on December 2, 1975 in New Orleans, LA.

She is survived by her father Horacio Ortiz (Jael) and mother Terry Crowley (Jim Miles), her four children Shane Peters (Megan Rivet), Brittany Peters (Christopher King Fiore), Steven Peters, and Courtney Peters. She is also survived by her brother Horacio Ortiz (Torrie), sisters Barzilai Laurent (Logan), Berta Brooks (Chasity), and Leslie Ortiz (Jonathan Bush). Christina was an adoring grandmother to five grandchildren, Shane Peters, Jr., Christopher King Fiore Jr., Seth Peters, Shawn Peters and Jackson King Fiore Jr.

Christina was known as the life of the party, always living every day to the fullest. She was loved by many friends and family members and will always be remembered as the loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister that she was.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing scheduled for Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Rd, Covington, LA 70435, followed by a Funeral Mass at noon.
