Charles Timmel II

Charles "Rick" Richard Timmel, II passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at his residence in Covington, LA at the age of 61. Rick was born on Tuesday, October 13, 1953 in Madison, Wisconsin, was raised in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and was a resident of Covington, LA since 2000.
Preceded in death by his parents, Eileen C. and Charles R. Timmel.
Rick is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Cynthia Lynn Timmel; his daughter, Megan Kathleen Timmel; siblings, Marcia A. Timmel, John C. Timmel, Lynne Taylor, Dr. Michael Timmel, Patrick Timmel, Michelle Dudley, and Patricia Mayrose. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Rick was Past Grand Knight for St. Peter Council and Past District Deputy for the Knights of Columbus.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 125 East 19th Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 11:00 am. Visitation and rosary will be held at church from 10:30 am until service time.
Interment will follow in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery, St. Benedict, LA.
