Charles Motichek

Charles Wayne Motichek, age 72 and a lifelong resident of Madisonville, passed from this life on March 29, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Bernard Motichek, Sr. and Betrice Veronica Heider Motichek and his brothers, John Jr. and Stephen Cyril Motichek.

He is survived by his sisters, Sylvia Cannon, Betty Conejo, Juanita Hern and his brothers Carlos and Gregory Motichek. He also leaves behind his nieces, Jamie, Terrell, Yanzik, Dionne, Elizabeth, Sara, Alicia, Andrea, Veronica, Caitlin, Allyson and Ashley, as well as his nephews, Nary, Kelly, Sean, Greg Jr. and Andrew. He will also be missed by many great nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at Trinity Trace Community Care Center for their excellent care of him prior to his passing.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 23 at 10:00 a.m. at the Theodore Dendinger Cemetery.
