Charles "Mike" Michael Greene, born on December 27, 1942, peacefully departed this world on November 1, 2024. He leaves behind a legacy enriched by his love for family and his passions.
Mike was a devoted husband and leaves behind to cherish his loving memories his wife Linda Curran Greene, his daughter Holly Boullion and son-in-law Louis Boullion, and son Michael Greene and daughter-in-law Julia Elise "Leesie" Greene, his brother Ted Greene as well as six grandchildren.
Hunting and fishing were his favorite pastimes, allowing him to connect with nature and share unforgettable experiences with loved ones. He also had a keen interest in politics, often engaging in spirited discussions and sharing his insights with those around him.
Mike was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus and the National Rifle Association. His involvement in these organizations demonstrated his dedication to his beliefs and community.
He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Herman Charles Greene and Anne Greene, as well as his siblings Daniel Greene and Kathleen Greene Miller.
Friends and family are invited to come together to honor his life at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Mandeville, Louisiana. Visitation will take place on November 11, 2024, from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Mass at 11:00 AM that will celebrate the life of this remarkable man.
