Catherine Elizabeth

It is with great sadness that the family of Catherine Elizabeth Fair, 68, announces her passing on the night of Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018. She died surrounded by her loving family. She leaves behind her sister and best friend, Frankie; her sisters Lottie, Josie and Lee; brother, Thomas; her nephews Luther, Lavell and Dajon; nieces, Cerita and Asia; and her cousins Rena and Sunday. Cacky will be lovingly remembered by her friend, Billie; the children she raised, Sammy, Becky (Mel), David (Michelle) and Tillie (Robbie); and the grandchildren she cared for, Brittany, David, Daniel, Payton, Tiffanie, Blake, Jamé, Tristan, Sarah, Navah, Isabella and Jake. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Louise O'Conner; father, David Edmond Fair; brother, Luther; and nieces, Selena and Amanda. A memorial service will be held on Friday December 14, 2018 at 1:00 PM with a visitation from 12:00 pm till service time, at the Israelites Baptist Church, 2100 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70113.
