Carol Ockman Hayes passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family, at the age of 74. She was born on January 20, 1941, to Florence Duhe Ockman and Zenon Ockman in Killona, LA.
Beloved wife of John R. Hayes for 47 years. Mother of Wayne Pfeiffer (Ginger) and John Joseph Hayes (Angel). Grandmother of Wesley Pfeiffer, Heather Pfeiffer, Dylan Hayes, and Lonnie Kahoe. Great grandmother of Cameron Pfeiffer and Jayden Pfeiffer. Sister of Elton Ockman, and the late Pearl Ockman Bourgeois, Clifford Ockman, and Melvin Ockman. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services in the chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until service time.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
