Carol Ann Cooper

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Ann Cooper, aged 84, on November 8, 2024. Born on May 30, 1940, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Carol lived a full and vibrant life.

Carol is lovingly remembered by her children, William Lloyd Cooper (and his spouse Joy Ann Cooper) and Scott Andrew Cooper (and his partner Patty M. Chin). She is also survived by her siblings, Earl Schoenhardt and Roby Cruz, her significant other, Frank James, her cherished grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Carol was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clinton Ivan Cooper, and her parents, Rodney and Kala Schoenhardt.

Her passions included politics and birdwatching, through which she made many friends and lasting memories.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. The family has entrusted her care to Bagnell & Son Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local food bank.
