Betty Ann Threeton Jenkins, age 75, passed peacefully from us on Monday, October 31, 2016. Betty was a long-time resident of Covington, who resided in Mt. Hermon for the last few years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Leon Jenkins; mother, Trilby Bennett Jenkins; father, Hollis Threeton; brother, Otis "Buster" Threeton; and sisters, Rita Kay Burke & Ricky Lynn Jenkins. She is survived by her five (5) children, Lorraine (Darrell) Willis, Karen Larmeu, Darrell (Debbie) Jenkins, Kevin (Danette) Jenkins, and Greg (Shannon) Jenkins; nine (9) grandchildren; five (5) great-grandchildren; two (2) brothers, Donald Jenkins & Lawrence Jenkins; and three (3) sisters, Brenda Schwamb, Christine Foret & Lena Baio. The family will hold a memorial service at the home of Greg & Shannon Jenkins on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at 2:30 pm for family and friends .Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, Covington, LA in charge of arrangements.
