Barbara Garrity

Barbara Ann Garrity went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 27th, 2020.

Barbara was born in Boston, MA.  on April 23rd, 1940. While married to David Jardine Sr. they resided in Pembroke, Mass. and raised four children. Later in life she was remarried to William Garrity Jr., who had 6 grown children of his own, and they relocated to  Florida. When William passed away in 2009, she settled in Mandeville, Louisiana to be close to her children and grandchildren.

Barbara had many professions to provide for her children including, real estate agent, secretary, bar tender and waitress\server.  She was very athletic and her favorite sport was golf.   She knew how to light up a room with her smile and a quick witted joke.  Her favorite things in life were her children and her grand and great grandchildren.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Marion Palombi, her infant sister Janice Palombi, her brothers, Robert and Paul Palombi, her beloved sister Coni Andress and her Son-In-Law, Norman Graham.

She was survived by her children David Jardine Jr. (Cindy), Vicky Graham, Donna Jardine, Jeff Jardine, her four grandchildren, Katie (Michael) Buchert, Brianna Jardine, Spencer (Madison) Graham and Delainey (Jon) Lallande.  and three great grandchildren, Luke, Cooper and Emmett.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 3rd at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church, 13320 Broadway St. Folsom La, 70437.
