Barbara Ann Walther Bryars, born 9/8/1960 in New Orleans, Louisiana and died December 21, 2020, at her home in Bogalusa, Louisiana.
She was predeceased by her parents, Antionette Links Walther and George Alvin Walther, Jr. and aunt Ruby Ann Walther. Survived by her uncle Walter G. Links, Jr, her sisters, Kim (Ray) Vincent, Tracy (David) Rivera, and Sharon (Wayne) McSherry and her sons, John Walther, Josiah Bryars and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins that she loved very much. She was loved by many family and friends.
She spent most of her life working as a Bookkeeper and owned B and B Bookkeeping. She always had a caring heart and was always giving to help ease others burdens, “she would give you the shirt off her back” if it made someone’s life easier.
She was spiritual and faithful, no matter her flaws here on earth. Jesus knew her heart and has her in His arms now. She is at peace, comfortable and resting in the arms of Jesus. From Fedora Links Stokes, her Great Aunt’s– prayer journal: “You cannot see the rainbow till after the rain, and you can’t share the joy till you’ve weathered the pain. For life is a blending of laughter and tears that bring love and meaning to all of our years.” So fitting for Barbara’s life.
