Annette Theresa Russo Bourgeois, age 83, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at her home in Hammond, LA. She was born in New Orleans, LA on July 17, 1934 and resided in Hammond for the last 25 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Agnes Bordelon and Joseph Tramontana, Brother Earl Russo, husbands Vincent Imbraguglio Jr. and Justy J. Bourgeois Jr., sons Justy J. Bourgeois III, Chance Joseph Imbragulio and grandson Vincent Imbraguglio IV.
She is the survived by her children Vincent Imbraguglio III (Mary Lousie), Denise Bourgeois (Keith) and Darren Bourgeois (Suzanne), grandchildren Nicole and Niko Imbraguglio, Nick, Michelle, and Shane Roof, Madeleine Bourgeois and Katie Luts. Also survived by 7 great grandchildren, her longtime companion Edwin White and their canine Twinkles.
She was retired from Piccadilly Cafeteria. Annette loved life and was always the life of the party. She was a devoted mother and friend. She enjoyed dancing and attending festivals as well as an occasional visit to the casinos.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Albert Catholic Student Center, 409 W. Dakota St. in Hammond, LA on Saturday October 14th at 2:30 pm. A celebration of her life will immediately follow at her son Vincents’ home. Future interment will be at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, Hammond, LA.
