Anna Windom

Anna Marie Grasso Windom Passed away on December 5th, 2021 at the age of 63.  She was a resident of Franklinton, Louisiana, and a native of Monroe, New York.

She is Preceded in death by her parents: Anthony Grasso, and Rosalie Rera Grasso.  She was the wife of Paul Bryan Windom.

She is survived by her son Brian Scott Geraghty, her two sisters; Patricia Grasso Janes, and Theresa Grasso Glissman, her husband Michael Glissman and her 7 nieces and nephews: Jason Dally, Keri Burke, William Secrist, Melissa Secrist, Michael Glissman Jr., Justin Glissman and Cody Jambois.

Organizations:  Secretary of the St Tammy Parish Chapter of Abate, Louisiana

Interests:  Anna was a Customer Service Rep at Bracy’s Nursery.  It was there that she flourished,   She loved the outside from planting to nourishing flowers, plants, and yes, wild animals.  At home, she adopted a raccoon she called Bob- made sure he was properly taken care of. She also had many stray cats outside, five inside cats, and two insides dogs.  Her life was her husband Paul, and son Brian as well as volunteering at the Veterans Home in Reserve, LA.

A Memorial Service for Anna will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the VFW Hall, 2013 Ronald Reagan Hwy, Covington, LA 70433.  The service will start at 2:00pm, food and friendship directly following.  For any questions in regards to the service:  Theresa Glissman (985) 264-6948 or Patti Janes (636) 459-1378
