Aline Dunaway

Aline berlin McCaughn Dunaway, a longtime resident of Covington/Bush area, died Thursday, March 2, 2107, at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA. Born in New Orleans, LA, Aline had a fulfilling career in nursing and cared for numerous patients throughout southern Louisiana and Mississippi. She was dedicated to her patients and cared for them with a kind and loving heart. Aline is preceded in death by her loving husbands James “Foy” Dunaway and James Earl McCaughn; her father and mother, Robert and Aline Hayes Berlin, and a brother, John H. Berlin. She is survived by her family, Dan Sylvia and Sonia Dunaway, brothers and sisters, Robert and Barbara Berlin, Richard Berlin, Barbara Jean Berlin, Ricky and Mary Ann Berlin Genre, Dennis and Ann Berlin, Chuck and Margaret Berlin Soniat, Tim and Mary Vance Berlin, and Sr. Theresa Berlin. She was loved and will be missed by her many relatives and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial Mass at 10:00 am. on Saturday March 18, 2017 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 125 E 19th Ave, Covington, LA 70433.  Friends may call after 9:15 am. Inurnment will follow at Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Folsom.  Bagnell 7 Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
